Library tax committee set to review fiscal 2026 spending

The Library Parcel Tax Oversight Committee meets Thursday, October 29 at 4 p.m. at the Historical Museum, 110 Tunstead Avenue, to go over how parcel tax money was spent in fiscal year 2025-26.

Staff have prepared a report covering the tax's history and revenue, a balance sheet, a budget report, and annual statistics for the committee to review and formally accept.

The committee will also approve minutes from its last meeting, held in June 2026. After this session, the panel does not plan to meet again until spring 2027, meaning this is the only public check-in on the library tax fund for months to come.
