Planning Commission cancels its only November meeting; next hearing Dec 9

The one piece of city business Larkspur produced this week was a notice that there would be no business. The Planning Commission's November 11 meeting was cancelled, and the posted notice sets the next regular meeting for December 9, 2025.

No agenda items were published with the cancellation, so nothing was continued or postponed on the record — there was simply nothing queued up. Practically, that means any application that would have been heard this month now waits until December, and with the holidays landing right after, applicants and neighbors alike are looking at a long gap between public hearings.
