Council to Weigh Repair-or-Replace Options for Turney Street Dock

The Turney Street Dock comes before the City Council on Sept. 15, when staff will present a condition assessment of the aging structure and ask the Council to weigh in on a preferred path forward — repair or full replacement.

The report is shaped in part by a community listening session, meaning residents have already had a say before the item reaches the dais. No staff recommendation has been locked in yet; the agenda simply calls for the Council to "provide direction to staff regarding pursuit of the preferred concept for repair/replacement."
