City to Negotiate Terms for 558 Bridgeway Property in Closed Session

The City Council will huddle behind closed doors Tuesday to talk price and terms for 558 Bridgeway, the site covering APN 065-172-12 and APN 065-172-15, as the city negotiates with Bridgeway 558 Real Property, LLC.

Per the agenda, the City Manager and City Attorney are the city's designated negotiators under Government Code 54956.8, meaning no proposed price or terms are public ahead of the discussion.
